The property overlooks breathtaking views of a rolling vineyard and the ancient walled city of Montepulciano, home to the famous Vino Nobile wine. Renovated in 2020, the three-level farmhouse is meticulously decorated in a modern Tuscan style and is the ideal vacation home for those desiring to have a more authentic Tuscan experience. Each bedroom has king beds and an ensuite bathroom, recently made larger during the renovation. Common spaces include a large lawn area, barbecue, and firepit for your family and friends to enjoy. INCLUDES: - 7 Nights Accommodation in Half of Villa - Full Kitchen with Stove, Oven, Microwave, and Refrigerator - Washer and Dryer, Wireless Sound System and Robust Wifi - Private Chef Available at Additional Cost The Villa is just outside the ancient walls of the town, the backyard patio looking across a vineyard to Montepulciano as it rises on the mountaintop. There is a large front lawn suitable for gaming, sitting, meditating, and of course, drinking wine amongst the olive trees that bedeck the property. Cleaning fee is not included.
